2- What kind of houses do you buy?

We buy most types of residential properties regardless of sizes and price ranges, including, townhouses, condominiums, multifamily and double-wide mobile homes on owned land.

3- How long does it take to close?

Typically we can close in 10 days. Depending on the situation maybe even faster, we do our best to work with your time-frame.

4- Is there a fee for your services?

There is NEVER a charge or real estate agent commission when we buy your property!

5- What if I am in foreclosure or behind on payments?

We can buy any houses at any stage of the foreclosure process. As long as the foreclosure has not been finalized (the bank owns the property) we can still buy your house. In these cases, time is of the essence, so please call now.

6- Can you buy my property if it’s vacant or with tenants?

7- Do you buy property AS-IS, or do I need to clean up a bit and fix some things?

We buy properties in ANY condition. This is not a problem. You do not need to clean up anything or fix anything at all!

8- What if my house needs a lot of work, has any code violations or needs updating?

We buy properties in any condition. We buy them “AS-IS”, so you don’t need to worry about doing any repairs. You also don’t have to worry about getting any permits, or doing any termite inspections & repairs, leaks or mold. We can buy properties with code violations. Let us take care of the details.

9- My property is currently listed with a Real Estate Agent. Can you still buy it?

Yes, we can still buy your property. Keep in mind if you hired a agent you may be obligated to pay that agent a commissions. But Texas Real Estate Buyer will NOT ever charge you commissions or fees when we buyer your house.

10- When can I expect to hear from you?

11- What happens after I accept your offer?

It’s a simple process. We open escrow with the escrow company, providing them with all the necessary paperwork. At the closing date agreed to in the offer, you will have your money and your house will be SOLD!
